"Parking along several portions of the shoulder of Haines Street will be restricted to limit the danger presented by an excessive number of pedestrians crossing Haines Street from the High School," DiBella said. "In addition, we need to keep Haines Street as clear as possible in the case of an emergency."
Drivers who are not attending the show may want to avoid Manchester Avenue and Haines Street, since they typically back up with traffic during the show, the chief said.
