Lacey: Garbage And Recycling Pickup Cancelled On Tuesday Due To Coming Storm
Trash will be picked up on next regular collection day, officials say.
The Lacey Public Works Department has cancelled trash pickup for Tuesday in advance of the coming snowstorm, according to the township website.
Garbage normally collected on Tuesdays will be picked up on Friday, March 17. There will be no recycling on Tuesday for Zone 4. Recycling for Zone 4 will be picked up on Wednesday, March 15.
"Please remove all bulk items from the curb," the website states. "They will not be picked up this week and can possible become dangerous due to high winds and impede the plowing process."
