Lacey Library To Present Program On Handling Alzheimer Patients
Learn how to deal with dementia-related behaviors from 6 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. at the library on East Lacey Road

LACEY TOWNSHIP, NJ - If you are having problems dealing with relatives or friends suffering from dementia, you might want to consider attending this event tonight at the Lacey branch of the Ocean County Library.
The library will present "Understanding and Responding to Dementia-Related Behavior" at 6 pm. at the library on 10 East Lacey Road.
Attendees will learn about the communication changes that take place with people that have Alzheimer’s disease, and how to connect and communicate during each stage.

Learn more about how to decode the verbal and behavioral messages delivered by someone with dementia, and respond in ways that are helpful to the person. This discussion will be presented by the Alzheimer’s Association of NJ.
