Lacey Police Arrest Bayville Woman On $10,000 Outstanding Warrant
Noel Gnecco was unable to post bail and taken to the Ocean County Jail, police chief says

LACEY TOWNSHIP, NJ - Lacey police recently arrested a Bayville woman after a traffic stop when they discovered she had an $10,000 active warrant from the Ocean County Sheriff's Department, Police Chief Michael C. DiBella said.
Officer Dan Ricciardella conducted the motor vehicle stop at 1:36 p.m. on Jan. 30 on Liberty Way and Route 9 North in Lanoka Harbor for a traffic offense. Investigation at the scene led to the arrest of the driver, Noel Gnecco, 52, Redwood Drive, Bayville, the chief said.
Gnecco was given a motor vehicle summons for failure to maintain lane. She was arrested and transported to the Ocean County Jail in Toms River after she was unable to post bail, DiBella said.
