Lacey Police Arrest Forked River Man For Drunk Driving After Traffic Stop

LACEY TOWNSHIP - Lacey police recently charged a Forked River man with drunk driving on Lacey Road near the intersection of Dover Road, Police Chief Michael C. DiBella said.

Officers Dimitrios Tsarnas and John Cernek conducted the stop at 5:52 a.m. on Aug. 15. Investigation at the scene led to the arrest of Alan Candeletti, 61, Olds Street for driving under the influence, the chief said.

Candeletti was taken to police headquarters, where he was also charged with reckless driving and failure to maintain lane. His vehicle was impounded pursuant to John's Law.
