Lacey Police Arrest Lanoka Harbor Man For Urinating in Public
Police saw him vomiting on the side of the Wawa store and decided to conduct a wellness check

LACEY TOWNSHIP, NJ - A wellness check by Lacey police officers led to the arrest of a Lanoka Harbor man recently for urinating in public, Police Chief Michael C. DiBella said.
Officer Patrick Watkins and Sergeant Ron Buxton were in the rear parking lot of Lacey Township Police Headquarters at 1:55 a.m. on Jan. 12 when they spotted a man vomiting on the side of the Wawa at 800 West Lacey Road, the chief said.
When they approached Kyle Mitchell, 21, Ashwood Place, they saw him urinating on the side of the building. He was issued a special complaint summons at the scene for urinating in public, DiBella said.
