Lacey Police Arrest Manchester Man For Drunk Driving At Applebees
Arrest came after police responded to a disorderly persons report.

LACEY TOWNSHIP, NJ - Lacey police have charged a Manchester man with drunk driving after a disturbance in the parking lot of Applebees on Route 9 in Forked River, Police Chief Michael C. DiBella said.
Police officers responded to the restaurant at 11:54 p.m. on Feb. 5 on a report of a disorderly man in the parking lot.
They arrested Shane J. Henry, 32, Park Place, Manchester for driving under the influence. Henry also had several outstanding traffic warrants from several municipalities that totaled $4,046, the chief said.

He was also charged with reckless driving, refusal to submit to breath tests and driving with a suspended license, DiBella said.
Henry was arrested, processed, and transported to Ocean County Jail in Toms River for failure to pay the outstanding warrants. The vehicle he was operating was impounded pursuant to John’s Law.
