Lacey Police Arrest Three For Shoplifting In Separate Incidents, Police Chief Says
All of the thefts took place in the Lacey Walmart on Route 9 North.

Lacey police recently made three pre-Christmas arrests in separate incidents at the Lacey Walmart in Lanoka Harbor, Police Chief Michael C. DiBella said.
Officer Jesse Dalziel responded to the story at 9:21 a.m. on Dec. 23 on a report of a male shoplifter who fled the store. Dalziel was told that the suspect was at the bus stop on the corner of Route 9 and Haines Street, the chief said.
Investigation at the scene led to the arrest of Jonathan A. White, 34, Potomac Court in Barnegat for shoplifting merchandise valued at $263.15. He was transported to police headquarters and processed. White was released after receiving a criminal summons for shoplifting, DiBella said.

The second incident occurred at 2:51 p.m. on Dec. 16. Officer Dalziel responded on a report of a male shoplifter. He arrested Joseph H. Perrone, Jr., 48, Nautilus Boulevard and charged him with shoplifting merchandise valued at $119.92. He was transported to police headquarters and processed. Perrone was released after receiving a criminal summons for shoplifting.
The third incident occurred at 2:34 p.m. on Dec. 22, when Officer Dalziel responded to the Walmart on a report of a shoplifter. Investigation at the scene led to the arrest of Lauren C. Prowse, 18, of Drew Avenue in Lanoka Harbor for shoplifting merchandise valued at $34.15. She was transported to police headquarters and processed. Prowse was released after receiving a criminal summons for shoplifting, DiBella said.
