Lacey Police Arrest Two Bayville Men On Drug Charges
The arrests took place after a motor vehicle stop in Forked River, Police Chief Michael C. DiBella said

LACEY TOWNSHIP, NJ - Lacey police recently arrested two Bayville men for possession of a controlled dangerous substance after a motor vehicle stop, Police Chief Michael C. DiBella said.
Officer Scott Keefe conducted the traffic stop at the intersection of Bullard Avenue and Lee Way in Forked River at 10:21 p.m. on New Year's Day. Investigation at the scene led to the arrest of the driver, Jeffrey J. Winiavski, 18, Avalon Avenue, Bayville, and a passenger, Kyle P. Feery, 20, Woodland Road, Bayville. Both were taken to Lacey police headquarters, the chief said.
Winiavski received receiving a criminal summons for possession of marijuana over 50 Grams and possession of drug paraphernalia. Feery was charged on a criminal warrant for possession of marijuana over 50 grams. Feery was taken to the Ocean County Jail in Toms River to await a bail hearing, DiBella said.

Winiavski also received traffic summonses for failure to signal, possession of a controlled dangerous substance in a motor vehicle and failure to exhibit a driver's license, the chief said.
