Lacey Police Charge Bayville Man Who Fell In Walmart Restroom With Use Of Inhalants

Lacey police recently arrested a Bayville man for shoplifting two cans of "Dust Off" and using one of them in a Walmart restroom as an inhalant, Police Chief Michael C. DiBella said.

Officers Jason Lee and Scott Keefe responded to the Route 9 North store in Lanoka Harbor on a report of a male fall victim at 1:07 a.m. on Nov. 1. They found George Buzinkai, 31, Hilltop Road, on the restroom floor, the chief said

He was alert, conscious and had some minor injuries consistent with falling. Investigation at the scene determined that Buzinkai had shoplifted two cans of “Dust Off” from inside the store and had used one of them as in inhalant just before falling in the restroom, DiBella said.

Buzinkai was treated for his injuries. He was charged with shoplifting merchandise and use of an inhalant, the chief said.
