Lacey Police Charge Brick Man With Drunk Driving
Arrest came after a motor vehicle stop near Clearwater Drive.

Lacey police recently arrested a Brick man and charged him with driving under the influence after a traffic stop, Police Chief Michael C. DiBella said.
Officer Jesse Dalziel stopped Anthony Butler, 28, Brandywine Court, at 11:40 p.m. on April 9 near Clearwater Drive and Route 9 South in Forked River, the chief said.
Butler was taken to police headquarters, where he was also charged with refusal to take a breathalyzer test, reckless driving, tailgating and driving with an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle.

His vehicle was impounded pursuant to John's Law.
