Lacey Police Charge Forked River Man With Drunk Driving
Arrest came after two-car accident at the intersection of Beach Drive and Route 9, police chief says

LACEY TOWNSHIP, NJ - Lacey police recently arrested a Forked River man after a two-car accident and charged him with driving under the influence and possession of marijuana, Police Chief Michael C. Dibella said.
Officer Jesse Dalziel responded to the intersection of Route 9 and Beach Boulevard in Forked River for a two-car motor vehicle collision at 7:48 p.m on Jan 18. Investigation at the scene led to the arrest of 35-year-old David Kuncken Jr., 35, Key West Drive, the chief said.
He was taken to police headquarters, where he was also charged with reckless driving, refusal to submit to breath samples and possession of marijuana under 50 grams, the chief said.

The vehicle he was operating was impounded pursuant to John’s Law.
