Lacey Police Charge Forked River Man With Drunk Driving

Lacey police charged a Forked River man with driving while intoxicated recently after they responded to a report of a motor vehicle that struck a tree, Police Chief Michael C. DiBella said.

Officers John McKee and Robert Duffy responded to Bobwhite Court in Forked River at 3:17 a.m. on April 4. Investigation at the scene led to the arrest of the driver, Dalton L. Anderson, 19, of Bobwhite Court in Forked River, for DUI. He was taken to police headquarters and processed. Anderson was released after receiving traffic summonses for DUI, reckless driving and failure to maintain lane, the chief said.

His vehicle was impounded pursuant to John’s Law.
