Lacey Police Charge Forked River Man With Drunk Driving After Two-Car Crash
Crash occurred at the intersection of Route 9 and Sunrise Boulevard, police chief says

A Forked River man is facing multiple charges, including drunk driving, after a two-car crash at the intersection of Route 9 and Sunrise Boulevard recently, Police Chief Michael C. DiBella said.
Officer Jason Lee responded to the intersection at 7:45 p.m. on Aug. 27. Investigation at the scene led to the arrest of Jack Hall, 35, Willow Lane for driving under the influence. He also had two outstanding warrants, a $500 warrant from Beachwood and a $639 warrant out of Stafford Township, the chief said.
Hall was taken to police headquarters and released after receiving traffic summonses for reckless driving, failure to maintain lane, driving with a suspended license, unregistered vehicle and open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle, DiBella said.

Hall was released on his own recognizance on both warrants. His car was impounded pursuant to John's Law.
The crash remains under investigation and additional charges are forthcoming, DiBella said.
