Lacey Police Charge Forked River Woman With Burglarizing Vehicles In Shop-Rite Parking Lot

A Forked River woman is facing a number of charges after she appeared to be burglarizing vehicles in the Shop-Rite parking lot at 8 a.m. on Feb. 12, in Lanoka Harbor, Police Chief Michael C. DiBella said.

Investigation at the scene led to the arrest of Crystal M. Algor, 31, of Route 9 North. She was taken to police headquarters and charged with theft of property, possession of burglar's tools, criminal mischief, burglary and criminal restraint, the chief said.

She was served with a criminal warrant for the charges and transported to the Ocean County Jail, DiBella said.
