Lacey Police Charge Four With Heroin Possession: Chief
Police made the arrests after observing what appeared to be a drug transaction

LACEY TOWNSHIP, NJ Lacey police recently charged four people with heroin possession after they observed what appeared to be a drug transaction inside a motor vehicle, Police Chief Michael C. DiBella said.
Lacey detectives responded to Lake Barnegat Drive on Friday, July 13 and saw a resident of 421 Barnegat Drive enter the back seat of a vehicle parked in front of the home, then leave. An investigation determined an exchange was a heroin sale, the chief said.
Keith Sheedy, 43, Weehawkin Avenue, Forked River, was arrested and charged with possession of heroin and distribution of heroin. The driver of the vehicle, Danielle Matturro, 45, of Juniper Place, Toms River, and passengers Vanessa Quinto, 40, of Buckingham Drive, Manchester, and James Stanley, 45, of Walnut Street, Toms River, were also all arrested and charged with possession of heroin. Matturro was also charged with conspiracy to distribute heroin, DiBella said.

All of the were released on their own recognizance in accordance with bail reform. The owner of the home, Allen Bush, 76, was issued a summons for maintaining a nuisance, the chief said.
