Lacey Police Charge Manchester Woman With Drunk Driving
Marianna Ruggerio also charged with reckless driving, police chief says

LACEY TOWNSHIP, NJ - Lacey police recently arrested a Manchester woman for drunk driving after they responded to a report of a suspicious incident at the German Butcher Shoppe on Lacey Road, Police Chief Michael C. DiBella said.
Officers John Simonson and Dan Ricciardella responded to the business at 2:22 p.m. on Feb. 16. Investigation at the scene led to the arrest of Marianna Ruggiero, 37, Morning Glory Lane, Manchester, for driving under the influence. She was taken to police headquarters, where she was later released after she was also charged with reckless driving, the chief said.
The car she was driving was impounded pursuant to John’s Law, he said.
