Lacey Police Charge Motorcyclist, 70, With Drunk Driving

LACEY TOWNSHIP, NJ - Lacey police recently charged a Lanoka Harbor man with drunk driving after a motorcycle accident on Haines Street near Maxim Drive, Police Chief Michael C. DiBella said.

Officer Jesse Dalziel responded to the area at 5:46 p.m. on June 20 on a motorcycle accident report in Lanoka Harbor.

They arrested the motorcycle operator Anthony P. Bertoti, 70, Teakwood Drive, and took him to police headquarters. Bertoti was also issued summonses for reckless driving and failure to maintain lane. He was released without incident, DiBella said.
