Justin Wilson, 27, was caught on video surveillance, police chief says

LACEY TOWNSHIP, NJ - Lacey police recently arrested a Toms River man for the theft of aluminum kegs from Caffrey's Steakhouse and Tavern earlier this month, Police Chief Michael D. DiBella said.

His arrest was a result of an incident previously reported to the Lacey Township Police Department on January 11, 2018. The owner of the Route 9 restaurant and tavern 440 Route 9, Forked River, reported that between 5:30 a.m. and 5:50 a.m. on Jan. 11, 2018, four 4 aluminum kegs were stolen from the fenced area adjacent to the restaurant.
