On Thursday, Dec. 2 at 8:06 p.m., Officer Martin Julian conducted a motor vehicle stop on the 700 block of Route 9 South in Forked River, after observing a violation. During the stop, it was discovered that the driver had an outstanding Ocean Township Municipal Court warrant in the bail amount of $450. The woman was placed under arrest and transported to headquarters. She was later released after satisfying the bail.
On Friday, Dec. 3 at 9:10 p.m., Officer Scott Keefe conducted a motor vehicle at the intersection of Manchester Avenue and Evans Road. The vehicle owner was arrested on an outstanding Barnegat Municipal Court warrant in the amount of $450. He was transported to police headquarters and processed. He was released from custody after satisfying the bail.

On Saturday, Dec. 4 at 4:01 p.m., Officer Michael Hyle responded to Lacey Liquors on Route 9 North in Lanoka Harbor, in reference to a complaint of damage. The owner reported sometime during the overnight hours of Dec. 3 an unknown actor damaged the spotlight attached to the north side of the building. The damage is estimated at $275.
On Saturday, Dec. 4 at 10:01 p.m., Officer Patrick Watkins conducted a motor vehicle stop on Route 9 South in Forked River, after it failed to maintain its lane of travel. The stop revealed that the driver, Ryan Kuykendall, 50, was under the influence. He was arrested and transported to police headquarters. Ryan Kuykendall was issued traffic summonses for DUI, reckless driving, and failure to maintain lane, He was released pending a Court appearance.

On Monday, Dec. 6 at 5:01 p.m., Officer Michael Baldasari conducted a motor vehicle stop on Beach Boulevard in Forked River. During the stop, it was determined that the driver, Russell Graef, 40, had a suspended license, along with an outstanding Lacey Township Municipal Court warrant in the bail amount of $600. Russell Graef was charged with driving while suspended and maintenance of lamps. He was issued a new Lacey Municipal Court date for the warrant and released on his own recognizance.
