Lacey Traffic Stop Results In Drunk Driving Charge For Little Egg Harbor Man

A Little Egg Harbor man is facing drunk driving charges after Lacey police stopped him at the intersection of Beach Boulevard and Palm Beach Drive in Forked River, Police Chief Michael C. DiBella said.

Officer Jason Lee stopped Thomas J. Brannick, 49, Beach Drive, at 12:11 a.m. on March 29, 2017. Investigation at the scene led to his arrest for driving under the influence. He was taken to police headquarters and processed, the chief said.

Brannick was also charged with reckless driving and failure to maintain lane. His vehicle was impounded pursuant to John's Law, DiBella said.
