Lanoka Harbor Teen Arrested on Drug Charges

An investigation is ongoing into the arrest of a Lanoka Harbor teenager on drug charges.

A 17-year-old male, whose name was not released due to his age, was arrested after police executed a search warrant Jan. 17 at a Lanoka Harbor residence.

Police said the residence housed marijuana and drug paraphernalia and that a search of the teen's car turned up $10,000 in cash in the trunk.

The teen, who police said was the target of the investigation, was arrested on possesion of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia charges. 

Police said additional charges are pending further investigation.
