Lanoka Harbor Woman Charged With Kicking, Punching And Biting Lacey Police Officers, Chief Says
Colleen Marie, Sinclair Avenue, facing three counts of aggravated assault on a police officer.

Three Lacey police officers were kicked, punched and bitten after they responded to a call from a Lanoka Harbor woman who told police she was trapped under a dresser, Police Chief Michael C. DiBella said.
Sergeant Ronald Buxton and Officers Robert Duffy and George Resetar responded to a home in the 400 block of Sinclair Avenue in Lanoka Harbor at 2:07 a.m. on Nov. 4. An irate Colleen Marie, 54, met them at the door and began creating a disturbance related to a prior police response, the chief said,
When the officers tried to speak to her, she became even more aggressive and began breaking items insid the house. She became physical with the officers and began to kick, punch and bite them, DiBella said.

The officers were eventually able to Marie under control and placed her under arrest for aggravated assault on a police officer. Her bail was set in the amount of $40,000. Marie posted bail with the help of a bail bondsman, the chief said.
