A lightning strike during a thunderstorm sparked a house fire in Forked River Beach on Wednesday, police said.
LACEY, NJ — A lightning strike during a thunderstorm sparked a house fire in Forked River Beach on Wednesday, Lacey police said.
Police responded to the home just after 3:10 p.m. for a report that lightning struck the home and it caught fire.
Residents evacuated the home without sustaining any injuries, police said.
