March 14: Career Workshop, Blood Drive, Women's History Event

1. Ocean County College is holding a career and job exploration workshop at 1 p.m. Admission is free. For more information call 732-255-0400, ext. 2945.

2. There is a blood drive at from 2 to 7 p.m.

3. The presents “Liberty Belles,” an event inspired by Anne Pasquale’s grandmother’s tales. The 7 p.m. program will highlight stories of female immigrants through story, song and characterizations. OceanFirst Foundation Arts and Cultural Grant and the Ocean County Library Foundation sponsor the program. For more information call 609-693-8566.

4. There will be a Friends of Lacey Music general membership meeting at the at 7:30 p.m. Admission is free.

5. There is a PTA meeting at Cedar Creek Elementary at 7:30 p.m.
