Exciting news from Lacey Elks Lodge 2518! We are thrilled to announce a heartfelt donation of $2,500 to Camp Moore from our Special Children's Committee (SCC), a wonderful summer camp dedicated to creating fun and memorable experiences for children with special needs. For over 30 years, Camp Moore, is located in Haskell, NJ, in the Ramapo Mountains, has been a place where kids can shine and thrive in a supportive environment. With activities ranging from swimming and arts and crafts to sports and nature exploration, Camp Moore is all about friendship, community, and unforgettable summer adventures. The SCC's donation will help Camp Moore continue its outstanding work and ensure that children from all walks of life can join in the fun! “We are so excited to support Camp Moore and the incredible programs they offer,” said Michael Day, the Leading Knight of Lacey Elks Lodge 2518. “Every child deserves to enjoy the joys of summer camp, and the Lacey Elks Lodge 2518 Special Children's Committee is honored to be a part of making that happen.” With this generous contribution, Camp Moore can enhance its programming, invest in new activities geared toward each child's unique needs, and improve facilities for a safe and enjoyable experience. At the Lacey Elks Lodge 2518, we believe in the power of community and the importance of giving back. We hope our donation inspires others in the area to get involved and support Lacey Elks initiatives that bring smiles to kids' faces.
