Oct. 17: Book Fair, Art Session, Pumpkins

1. The book fair continues at the Cedar Creek School.

2. There is a “Do Your Own Thing” open art studio session at the Pine Shores Art Association in Manahawkin from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.

3. The Ocean County Artists Guild in Island Heights is featuring a Ceramics Invitational from 1 to 4 p.m.

4. The Surflight Theatre presents I Love You, You’re Perfect, Now Change at 2 p.m.

5. Children ages five to eight can stop by the library for “Pumpkins,” an event at 4 p.m. in which stories and treats will be shared by Jennifer Klein, a dietician from ShopRite.
