Police Charge Forked River Man With Making Terroristic Threats On Facebook
William A. Ulaky charged with terroristic threats and cyberbullying.

Lacey police recently arrested a Forked River man after a victim reported receiving threatening messsages fro him on Facebook, Police Chief Michael C. DiBella said.
Officer Michael Verwey responded to the 600 block of Deerhead Lake Drive in Forked River at 7:26 p.m. on Nov. 18. Investigation at the scene resulted in a criminal warrant charging William A. Ulakey, Glen Oak Drive, with making terroristic threats and cyber harassment. His bail was set at $10,000, the chief said.
Ulaky was taken to police headquarters, processed and released after posting bail, DiBella said.
