Police Serving Warrant Arrest Forked River Women on Drug Charges

Officers: Cocaine, marijuana, heroin, paraphernalia found at Yorktown Drive home

Two Forked River residents were arrested Thursday and charged with possession of drugs, police said.

Kimberlyann Ridgeway, 29 and Liza Whited, 47, both of 325 Yorktown Drive, were in possession of drugs and paraphernalia when the Ocean County Sheriff's Department arrived to arrest Ridgeway on an outstanding warrant.

Lacey detectives responded and said they discovered 38 glassine folds containing heroin, a small amount of rock cocaine, marijuana, hypodermic syringes and other paraphernalia.

Ridgeway was set to the Ocean County Jail in lieu of her warrant and charged with possession of marijuana, possession of a hypodermic syringe and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Whited was arrested and charged with possession of heroin and cocaine, possession of heroin with the intent to distribute, possession of a hypodermic syringe and possession of paraphernalia. She was sent to the county jail in lieu of $25,000 bail.
