Sept. 27: Town Hall Meeting, Hispanic Heritage Celebration, Library Events

1. Gov. Chris Christie is holding a Town Hall meeting at the Lacey Elks Lodge at 3 p.m. Doors open at 2:15 p.m.

2. From noon to 4 p.m., a Hispanic Heritage Trivia Game Show will take place at the Ocean County College. There will be $200 in cash prizes.

3. Beginner readers can stop by the Lacey Library from 4 to 5 p.m. to practice reading to pet therapy dogs.

4. Teens can attend Ecuadorian Migajon Miniatures at the library at 7 p.m. to create Migajon figures using clay made from bread and glue.

5. There is a township Committee meeting at the Municipal Building at 7 p.m.
