Tip From Lacey Police - Don't Climb On Store Roofs
Two Forked River men charged with defiant trespass.

Lacey police recently arrested two Forked River men after they were spotted climbing up on the roof of Mattress Warehouse near the Kohl's parking lot at 304 Route 9 North, Police Chief Michael DiBella said.
Officers George Resetar and John McKee responded to the area at 10:19 p.m. on Oct. 11 a report of two males climbing onto the roof of the Mattress Warehouse store. Investigation at the scene led to the arrest of Daniel F. Magliola, 18, Station Drive, and Anthony L. Depinto, Natucket Road, for defiant trespass, the chief said.
Both men were issued special form of complaint summonses and released at the scene, the chief said.
