Woman Accused Of Shoplifting Three Expensive Thermostats From Lacey Walmart
Nest thermostats are valued at $750, Police Chief Michael C. DiBella said.

Lacey police are looking for a white female who walked into the Walmart on Route 9 North, put three Nest thermostats into a bag into a shopping cart, then fled the store, Police Chief Michael C. DiBella said.
Officer George Resetar responded to the store at 4:58 p.m. on Jan. 4 in Lanoka Harbor on a report of a shoplifting. The loss prevention officer said that about an hour before police were contacted, the woman was observed on security video taking the thermostats and leaving the store through a fire door, the chief said.
The woman fled on foot west on Haines Street toward the Lacey Rail Trail.
