2 People Charged Following Narcotics Investigation In Mercer County

Authorities recovered cocaine and around $12,000 during the operation, police said.

MERCER COUNTY, NJ – Two people were arrested and charged following a lengthy investigation into narcotics distribution in Hamilton Township, police said.

Jose Urena-Fallas, 38, of Woodbury, and Fatima Tiburcio, 52, of Hamilton, were apprehended and charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance (cocaine) with intent to distribute, possession of a controlled dangerous substance (cocaine), possession of drug paraphernalia, and money laundering.

During the operation, a comprehensive investigation was held that involved the execution of multiple search warrants across Hamilton and Trenton. These included searches of two residential properties and two motor vehicles.

Authorities recovering a substantial amount of cocaine and around $12,000 in U.S. currency, Hamilton police said.
