- Gregorys Coffee To Open At Lawrence’s Quaker Bridge Mall: Gregorys Coffee officially opened in Quaker Bridge Mall on Thursday, May 23, at 9 a.m. This is their sixth location in New Jersey and 40th country-wide.
- Bloomingdale’s Outlet To Open At Lawrence’s Mercer On One: A Bloomingdale’s outlet opened at the mall in the fall of 2024. The store will occupy 18,649 square feet at the open-air mall located on Route 1 in Lawrenceville.
- Lawrence’s Cafe Du Pain Closes, Will Become Braulio’s Bakery: Cafe Du Pain, the Creole French bakery located in Lawrence Shopping Center has now closed. The space will transition to Braulio’s Bakery, owner Marie Onyeani said.
- J.Crew Factory Outlet Officially Opens In Lawrence Township: The store opened at Mercer on One and is adjacent to DSW.
- Chuck's Wings Opens New Location In Lawrence Township: Chuck's Wings, a restaurant specializing in chicken wings and tenders, opened a new location in Lawrence Township.
- Sephora Officially Opens New Store In Lawrence Township: The store occupies 4,818 square feet and brings the latest beauty trends and assortments of products in every category.
- Red Lobster Abruptly Closes Lawrenceville Location: Red Lobster abruptly closed more than 50 locations across 21 states, including the restaurant in Lawrenceville.
- Manni's Fried Chicken In Lawrenceville Closes Permanently: Manni's Fried Chicken in Lawrenceville has closed for good.
