Caregiver Retreat Scheduled for Women’s Health Week
Eighth Annual Women's Caregiver Retreat will take place on Thursday, May 17.

The Family Support Center of New Jersey along with the New Jersey Department of Health and Senior Services, New Jersey Office of Nutrition and Fitness, New Jersey Office on Women's Health, Division of Aging and Community Services, American Heart Association and American Stroke Association will sponsor the Eighth Annual Women’s Caregiver Retreat on Thursday, May 17.Â
The event is a day of resources, support and pampering provided to caregivers in recognition of National Women’s Health Week from May 13 to 19.

The retreat will take place at the Robert Wood Johnson Hamilton Center for Health and Wellness in Hamilton Township and begin with registration and breakfast at 8:30 a.m. A full day of programs will follow including dynamic speakers, health screenings, renewal services and a luncheon. Two hundred caregivers are expected to attend.
Speakers for the day include: Antoinette Ellis-Williams, PhD, Natalie Mitchem, RD, Â Judy Forster, MD, Romy Toussaint, Yoga & Fitness Instructor, and Mary E. O'Dowd, MPH, Commissioner of the NJ Department of Health and Senior Services.
