NJ Cop Charged After Following Young Females, Child In Store: Police

MERCER COUNTY, NJ — A police officer who lives in Mercer County was arrested and charged after he followed women, including a child, around a store in South Plainfield,authorities said.
On Wednesday, authorities received reports about a man following young females, including a child, around a store in South Plainfield, "with a clearly visible erection," authorities said. Some of the conduct was captured on video surveillance.
According to investigation, the man engaged in similar behavior in another store in the borough.

The man was identified as Wesley Kliwinski, 37, a Piscataway Township police officer who lives in Hamilton.
Kliwinski was arrested on Thursday and charged with third-degree endangering the welfare of a child by engaging in sexual conduct, fourth-degree criminal sexual contact, and harassment, which is classified as a petty disorderly person’s offense.

Kliwinski was released from the Middlesex County Adult Correctional Center after an initial appearance before the Superior Court.
