LAWRENCEVILLE, NJ — Cousins Maine Lobster, a food truck that serves Maine lobster rolls, will be in Lawrence Township on Saturday.
The truck will make a stop at 175 Franklin Corner from 12 p.m. to 8 p.m.
Cousins Maine Lobster operates around 50 trucks in 20 states, including the one in Trenton that travels everywhere from Langhorn to Warminster.

Their menu includes lobster rolls, clam chowders, lobster tacos, shrimp tacos, lobster grilled cheeses, lobster quesadillas and more.
Founded in 2012 by Jim Tselikis and Sabin Lomac, Cousins Maine Lobster aims to provide high-quality Maine lobster at affordable prices.
