Lawrence Township Meals on Wheels recently held a luncheon at the Slackwood Presbyterian Church to honor its volunteers.
Volunteers deliver hot meals to clients Monday through Friday by teams of two between 11 and 12:30 p.m.

Potted geraniums from Willis Florist and homemade soaps from Pat’s Sweet Earth Soap were given to each volunteer. Food was provided by the members of the board of directors and Leonardo’s II Restaurant.
Generous door prizes were provided by Michaels Family Restaurant, Crystal Diner, Leonardo’s II Restaurant, US Nails, and Lawrence Spa.
