Seventeen "shavees" from Lawrenceville Elementary school raised a total of $12,893 in donations during last month's St. Baldrick's fundraiser for children's cancer research.

Team Lawrenceville Elementary School made a "bald" statement recently by securing donations to have . The mission of the St. Baldrick’s Foundation is to raise awareness and funds to cure kids’ cancer by supporting cancer research and fellowships.
Seventeen "shavees" from LES, including children, staff and parents raised a total of $12,893 in donations. Top fundraiser, at $2,945.00, was first-grader and first-time "shavee" Riley Cahill.
