LES Third-Graders Visit Kidsbridge Tolerance Museum
Students from Lawrenceville Elementary School recently visited the museum on the campus of The College of New Jersey to learn how to respect differences, cooperate, and resolve bullying scenarios.

Third-grade CARE (Children Acting Responsibly Everyday) Kids from recently visited the Kidsbridge Tolerance Museum on the campus of The College of New Jersey.
Kidsbridge Tolerance Museum focuses on character education by teaching life skills including respecting differences, cooperation, anti-bullying, and peaceful interaction skills. The children visited stations guided by TCNJ students and adult museum volunteers as well as CARE Kids Advisors who are members of Lawrenceville Elementary School's PTO.
Some of the interactive centers included making good choices at the "School Bus Showdown," learning about physical and learning disabilities at "Sensitivity to Disabilities," and working together cooperatively at the "Teamwork Station."

Following the museum tour, children put on puppet shows about resolving bullying scenarios using what they learned at the interactive centers visited throughout the morning.
