Let's YO! Yogurt Now Open at Mercer Mall
Enjoy a frozen yogurt and iPads at Let's YO! Yogurt in Lawrence Township.

A new frozen yogurt shop, Let's YO! Yogurt, has opened in Mercer Mall in the 3300 block of Route 1 in Lawrence Township.Â
With a goal to enrich people’s lives with a healthy, nutritious frozen yogurt, guests can enjoy their favorite desserts made from fresh dairy and real fruit purees. Consumers can choose from a variety of healthy toppings, including Kashi and Bear Naked brands, plus fresh fruit like strawberries, blueberries, raspberries and bananas.
The shop opened on Dec. 1 and is open seven days a week. Hours are 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. on Friday and Saturday. Â

Let’s YO! Yogurt’s  interior design is complete with Apple iPads embedded into its tables, which are hooked up to flat-screen, closed-circuit televisions within the shop, providing a live, constantly-updated feed of the company’s social media networks. Guests can interact with friends, family and Let’s YO!, while also watching their posts appear within seconds on the screen.
“Growing with a brand like Let’s YO! in Princeton was a simple decision, and I am thrilled to offer the local community a healthy dessert option,” said franchise owner Dimitry Meskin. “Each day, we feature new dessert combinations and flavors made from the highest-quality ingredients. Customers can explore all the different options at Let’s YO! and know they are getting the best in frozen yogurt.”

The store is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner and offers more than 80 varieties of fresh, puréed yogurt derived from a Midwest dairy farmer. A coffee station featuring a specialty coffee brewer designed specifically for Let’s YO! offering dark brews, light brews and decaf coffee options.
“We provide consumers with an exciting atmosphere unlike anything they have seen before,” Meskin added. “Every consumer is treated to a unique frozen yogurt experience by indulging in their favorite frozen-yogurt flavor while enjoying a hip, social environment. Plus, as a self-serve concept customers can simply come-in, create their own dessert masterpiece, and enjoy! Let’s YO! will become the social hub for the local community.”
Let’s YO! Yogurt was founded in 2011 by entrepreneur Eric Casaburi. There are 20 locations with 50 additional locations set to open on the East Coast within the next year.Â
