Mercer County Offers Free- Grant-Writing Workshop
Pre-registration is required for the event, which will be held from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. April 10.

The Mercer County Division of Culture and Heritage will offer a free grant-writing workshop for staff, board members and volunteers from the County’s nonprofit arts and history organizations that are new to grant-writing or looking for tips for developing successful grants.
“Grant Writing De-Mystified” will be held from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. Tuesday, April 10, 2012, in Room 321 of Mercer County’s McDade Administration Building, 640 S. Broad St., Trenton.

Tricia Fagan, a Culture and Heritage Division staff member and nonprofit administrator and consultant with more than 20 years’ experience, will conduct the workshop. The application process and eligibility requirements for the county’s Local Arts and History Regrant programs will be reviewed.
The workshop is free and open to the public; however, seating is limited so pre-registration is required by April 9. Light refreshments will be served.
