76-Year-Old Mercer Man Had Child Sexual Abuse Material: Prosecutor
The Prosecutor's Office has requested that Upton Fink remain in custody pending trial.

MERCER COUNTY, NJ — A 76-year-old Trenton resident was arrested and charged after authorities said he was found in possession of child sex abuse material, Mercer County Prosecutor Janetta D. Marbrey said.
Upton Fink has been charged with third-degree possession of child sexual abuse material. The Prosecutor's Office has requested that Fink remain in custody pending trial.
The investigation began after the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children alerted local authorities about multiple suspected CSAM files uploaded from a Mercer County location, Marbrey said.

Through an investigation conducted by Mercer County’s Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Unit, detectives identified Fink as the subject.
On Tuesday, investigators executed a search warrant at Fink's Arlington Avenue residence in Trenton. Multiple items of evidentiary value were seized during the search, Marbrey said.

Fink was arrested without incident and taken to the Mercer County Correction Center. If convicted of the third-degree charge, he could face three to five years in state prison and fines up to $15,000.
