Mercer Motorcyclist Seriously Injured In Crash With UPS Truck: Police
According to investigation, the motorcyclist failed to observe the red traffic signal.
MERCER COUNTY, NJ — A motorcyclist suffered serious injuries after his bike collided with a UPS truck in Hamilton, police said.
On Wednesday, around 6:32 p.m., a 2012 Harley Davidson motorcycle driven by Marcin L. Bartoszewski of Hamilton, and a 2023 Ford UPS truck, driven by Gregg T. Crannage of West Trenton, collided while traveling within the intersection of Sloan Avenue and Klockner Avenue, police said.
According to a preliminary investigation, Bartoszewski was traveling westbound on Sloan Avenue when he failed to observe the red traffic signal. As the UPS truck entered the intersection with the green light, heading southbound from the NJ Transit Station, Bartoszewski hit the driver's side of the truck.

Bartoszewski suffered serious injuries and was taken to Capital Health Regional Medical Center at Fuld for treatment. The driver of the UPS truck was uninjured.
Due to the crash, the intersection was closed to traffic and then reopened around 9:30 p.m.
