Starting A New Chapter: Mercer's Spigola Restaurant & Bar Is Under New Ownership

MERCER COUNTY, NJ – Spigola Restaurant and Bar in Hamilton Township is under new ownership. Recently, Mayor Jeff Martin, Councilman Hal English of Robbinsville, President/CEO of the Princeton Mercer Regional Chamber of Commerce, and Michele Siekerka, President of NJBIA, were present for a ribbon cutting, celebrating its new owners, Sam and Puja Jain.

Owners, Sourabh 'Sam' & Puja, bring years of experience in the Food and Hospitality industry to Spigola Restaurant and Bar, located in the Deerpath Shopping Center. They are also the owners of Bombay River in Red Bank, NJ.

Established in 2006, Spigola has been a part of the Hamilton Township community for nearly 20 years and offers Italian cuisine, including steaks, chops, seafood, along with a variety of cocktails and wines.

“We are absolutely delighted to take the helm at Spigola Restaurant & Bar in Hamilton Township,” Sam and Puja said in a joint statement.

The ribbon-cutting event brought together community members, local officials, and loyal patrons to celebrate this momentous occasion.
