New American Restaurant With European Flair Celebrates Ribbon-Cutting In Mercer County

MERCER COUNTY, NJ - Mayor Jeff Martin and Assemblywoman Tenielle McCoy recently joined the Raza family to officially cut the ribbon and welcome Raza’s of Hamilton to the community.
Raza’s of Hamilton, located at 557 Route 130 in Hamilton, is an American restaurant with a European flair. They offer a welcoming, rustic, and industrial space perfect for a night out or a private event.

Their focus on exquisite food and their talented culinary team has led to a unique menu that will impress customers. Their menu includes appetizers like tuna crudo, charred octopus, escargot toast and wagyu beef carpaccio. The main course and dessert menu are extensive featuring dishes like aged duck breast, petit filet mignon ‘au poivre’, lamb pappardelle, strawberry shortcake, apple cobbler and more.
Behind this exciting venture is Syed Raza, Managing Director, who brings over two decades of experience in the restaurant and catering industry. Syed’s resume includes leadership roles at renowned venues such as The Estate at Farrington Lake, The Gramercy at Lakeside Manor, and Buttonwood Manor.

Joining Syed is his son, Elias Raza, Co-Owner and General Manager, who brings a hands-on leadership style and a deep commitment to hospitality. Together, this father-son duo aims to make Raza’s of Hamilton a culinary destination for locals and visitors alike.
