Trash to be Collected Saturday Instead of Monday
Due to the Memorial Day holiday, changes have been made to the regular trash and recycling schedule. Lawrence Township municipal offices will be closed Monday. The township will also conduct a sale of surplus equipment on Tuesday.

Trash Collection
Due to the Memorial Day holiday, trash collection regularly scheduled for Monday, May 28, will be collected on Saturday, May 26. In addition, recycling scheduled for May 28th will be collected on Sunday, June 3.

Municipal Offices Closed
Lawrence Township's municipal offices and ecological center will be closed on Monday, May 28, in observance of Memorial Day.

Municipal Property Auction
Lawrence Township is conducting a municipal surplus sale starting on Tuesday, May 29, 2012, at 8 a.m. on WWW.GovDeals.com. Anyone interested may register on GovDeals.com and view all items and terms of the sale. You may also call the Department of Public Works at (609) 587-1894 for information or to arrange an appointment to view a surplus item.

Sewer BillsÂ
Sewer bills were mailed on Friday, April 20. Payments will be due on Friday, June 1. Any payments received after June 11 will be subject to interest charges. (Please note that this sewer bill does not include irrigation meters at this time.)

Newspaper Error
The Times of Trenton has erroneously reported that the Lawrence Township Memorial Day parade and services will be held on Saturday, May 26. These activities were conducted on Saturday, May 19.
