Trenton Farmers Market Hosts Pet Adoption Saturday

With Ewing's animal shelter over-crowded, volunteer group is working to find new homes for pets.

Editor’s Note: The following is a news release from EASEL Animal Rescue League, a volunteer group “dedicated to saving the lives of homeless animals in Mercer County.”

Time is running out. Help save strays for the holidays.

The Ewing Animal Shelter will be relocating from the current facility to a smaller one as early as December.

We have too many dogs and cats to make the move. Please give these adoptable pets a home before the holidays because there won’t be room for all of them.

The EASEL Animal Rescue League will be at the , 960 Spruce St. in Lawrence Township, for a special adoption event from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 19.
