One of most giving local organizations during the holiday season is Holiday Express.
The charitable organization formed by local musician and restaurant owner Tim McLoone, spreads cheer to many who have none.

A special meeting of the Oceanport Council is coming within the next few days to appoint a new councilmember after the resignation of William Johnson for business reasons.
