Starting this Monday, Dec. 4, the bridge on Seven Bridges Road​ in Little Silver will be closed, and there will be a detour up.
A crash on Route 71 in Oceanport has closed all lanes in both directions Friday, authorities said.
The bridge had been closed since March for much-needed concrete deck repairs due to saltwater corrosion.
Starting Monday, March 28 a main stretch of Oceanport Avenue will be closed for the next three weeks:
Construction along Seven Bridge Road and Silverside Avenue is expected to cause traffic delays this week in Little Silver.
Expanded service between Belford (Middletown), Manhattan and Jersey City
Little Silver will receive $80,000 from the state to make pedestrian crosswalk safety improvements to Branch Avenue.
Officials have also set a curfew for Wednesday and Thursday.
Northbound traffic will be detoured because of sidewalk construction.
